Most clients describe it as mild discomfort rather than pain. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during the treatment to keep you comfortable throughout.
Yes — a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment to check for any sensitivity to the pigment or numbing agent.
Cosmetic tattooing isn’t suitable if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain skin conditions, or are on blood-thinning medication. We’ll go through your full history at consultation.
Keeping the area clean and dry, applying the aftercare balm as instructed, and avoiding sun, sweat and makeup on the area until it’s fully healed — usually 4–6 weeks.
